- An attractive and comfortable alternative to conventional, silver-colored braces with ClearCorrect® orthodontic treatment – Instead of using obvious, fixed metal brackets and wires to straighten teeth, Dr. Williams may prescribe these invisible, lightweight, and removable clear aligners to fix crowded, crooked, and otherwise unevenly-spaced teeth and misaligned bites.
- An array of materials to rebuild broken and damaged teeth with dental crowns – We use everything from high-performance zirconia and highly aesthetic and durable porcelain to incredibly strong metals like gold to build up teeth weakened by fractures, decay, and other trauma. Crowns may also be used to replace teeth by covering the teeth that anchor the prosthetic tooth as part of a dental bridge.
- Modern tooth replacement with implant restorations – Dr. Williams may attach crowns to dental implants that are secured in the jawbone. Once she has attached the crowns, the implants can then function like natural tooth roots to optimally hold the new teeth in place.
- Effective, easy-to-use, and non-invasive oral appliance therapy – For instance, Dr. Williams can provide a nightguard that is custom-fitted to your mouth. When worn as instructed during sleep, these oral appliances protect the teeth from damage, such as chips and cracks, caused by chronic teeth grinding. There are many different designs to choose from, so these “guards’’ may even be designed to ease chronic migraines, jaw pain, earaches, and other effects from temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJDs).
